Full Membership

Membership in the Small City Resource Institute is highly affordable and offers many benefits for municipal governments. For $1.50 per resident, capped at $500 annually, municipal governments can become a member. With membership comes the following benefits:

  • 2 hours annually of complementary legal, financial, or administrative services to be used by the member City or a designated nonprofit in the community.

  • Childcare and Preschool Resource Library including:

    • Lesson plans and curriculum.
    • Activity plans.

  • Eligibility for local high school students to participate in the Public Service Scholarship Program.

Affiliate Membership

Another level of membership is for other individuals, vendors, businesses, and organizations that support our mission of helping small communities succeed. Regular membership for this option costs $500 per year and entitles the member to a listing in our affiliate directory and chances to participate in Institute programs and activities.
